This is George's father according to his marriage certificate to Julia Pickett, but there are also details of a George and 2 or 3 siblings all beng baptised on the same day, in St Giles in the Fields, New Compton Street in 1841, and also in the 1841 census return, children of George Wooten Heness and Eliza. But the 1851 census suggests he may have been the son of Mary Ann, with no husband present at census time - perhaps Mary Ann and Thomas.
