Henry Victor Mordey 1911-1986, Charlton Athletic Football Club.
Whilst playing football for the army Henry was spotted by
a scout for Charlton Athletic, and signed up for the team.
He played with them for three seasons before war broke out,
and again as a guest player after the war, as well as several
other teams during the war years.
