Note on Husband: Philippe PELLIER
The Pellier family is said to be a Huguenot family from Normandy that settled in Jersey in the early 1700s. Philippe Pellier purchased (piecemeal) Tesson Mill in Jersey in around 1835. Son William inherited in 1863, and grandson Charles in 1892. Charles seems to have sold the mill in 1895.
